Classes
Pamela teaches a Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa classes.
Hatha Flow uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead naturally from one to another. The class is multi-level and modifications are demonstrated. "Vinyasa" a rigorous hatha flow style incorporating the linking mechanism (vinyasa) of Ashtanga yoga.

Private sessions are available by appointment. Pamela's Yoga sessions are great for birthday events, week end parties, private relaxation sessions, work shop, if you have a yoga happening in mind please share your ideas with Pam.
